| Overview | “Experience making gohei mochi using Hida Takayama’s traditional oil-based rice cakes. You’ll crush Jomon rice, skewer it, shape it, and then coat it with a fragrant oil-based sauce before grilling it. Everyone, from children to adults, can enjoy this experience.
These personalized chopsticks, made from Hida cypress, have a lovely fragrance and are perfect for everyday use. The chopsticks are carved with sandpaper, and the chopstick pouch featuring a mini Sarubobo is dyed using an original stencil. They also come with a chopstick rest featuring a “left horse” (a lucky charm) made in Koito ware, Takayama. |
