| Overview | The “Spoon Kit” is made from recycled wood scraps from Hidakuma’s woodworking studio. Even small children can try it out, as it requires no blades and only sandpaper. Once you’ve completed your own spoon, enjoy some delicious ice cream from Bokuseisha, a dairy shop in Hida Furukawa. (Ice cream menu items are available at an additional cost.) Ice cream made with Hida trees and cows. The cowsheds are generously covered with sawdust from Hida woodworking factories, and the cows are raised in a fluffy, clean environment. This sawdust is an important ingredient that greatly affects the health of the cows and the quality of their milk. The milk born from this bounty is concentrated and carefully crafted with almost no air, resulting in a special ice cream with a rich, pure flavor. |
