About Reservations
After making a initial application on this site, the schedule will be finalised in coordination with an appointed planner. Please note that your initial application or inquiry on this site are only a temporary registration.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations after your final reservations and payment, please see the cancellation column for each commodity and the cancellation policy.
Schedule Changes
If you wish to make any changes to your schedule, please check with the planner to see if it is possible. In the even that it is not possible to make changes, it may be necessary to cancel existing reservations and make new reservations for another day. In this case, cancellation fees may be incurred.
Minimum Number of Participants
For products with a set minimum number of participants, if the required number of participants has not been gathered by 20 days before the implementation date, a full refund will be given, or adjustments will be made to the schedule. In such cases, we will contact you by chat or email.
Food and Transportation Expenses
The services included vary depending on the program. For details please check the price column of each program before applying.
